2. Using the Website

To use our website and services, you must provide complete and accurate information. Also:

  • Bookings are subject to availability
  • Booking through forms provided in website does not mean it’s already booked. A booking is confirmed only when you receive email or confirmation message from us.

3.2 Pricing

  • All prices are in Nepalese Rupees for international tours.
  • All prices are in USD for Nepal tours.
  • Prices may change without any prior notices as they are subject to currency fluctuations, fuel costs, and other factors.

3.3 Payment Terms

  • A deposit (if specified) or full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • We accept bank transfers, QR (fonepay), eSewa, and Khalti payments for international tours.
  • We accept payments via credit cards, American express, and other methods for Nepal tours.
  • We have integrated Stripe payment option for Nepal tours.

4. Refund Policy

These are terms of refund when the tour is canceled:

4.1 Canceled by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour if any unforeseen circumstances happens (political issues, Visa rejection, natural disasters, etc.)
  • In such cases, you have option to reschedule your tour or get full refund.

4.2 Canceled by You

  • Cancelation must be made via email with the reason.
  • Refund is provided by deducting cancelation charges as per our company’s policies.

5. Documentation

  • Necessary documentations are handled by us.
  • You are responsible for your passport and necessary visas.
  • Passport must be valid for 6 months or beyond your intended visit.
  • We are not liable for incorrect travel documentation issues.

6. Travel Insurance and Health

We strongly recommend you to get comprehensive travel insurance. Getting such insurance helps you cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of luggage, personal accidents, and other unforeseen circumstances. You should also specify:

  • Medical Conditions
  • Dietary Restrictions

7. Liability

You must abide by all local laws and regulations during your tours. Here are our liability limitations:

  • We act as intermediary between you and service providers.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
  • We are not liable for any loss caused by third-party providers.
  • If any illegal activities are found, we have right to terminate any services without refund.
  • We are also not liable for any delays or cancelation due to events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content including website is owned by Everest Escapes Pvt. Ltd.
  • If any images are used from third-party, courtesy is provided.
  • Unauthorized use of any content within the website are prohibited.
